Any note run will grant you a solid lvl 60-70 in under 30m and if you have friends run you through the swamp cave at lvl 55 or so and you get a tek and normal note then expect around lvl 95 day one.

Personally I would check all spots for the best leveled one but try to avoid the desert spawn area as there are a lot Baryonyx spawns there, that over lap with Otter spawns and will wreck your day while trying to tame an otter.
